- 1 Cp Shortening
- 1 1/2 Cps Sugar
Cream Together

- 2 Lrg Eggs (Beaten)
- ¼ teas. Vanilla
Add to the above and continue mixing until smooth.

In a separate bowl blend together and then add to the above, mixing until smooth.
- 3 1/8 Cps GF Flour (See Below)
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 tsp. Xanthum Gum

When all mixed, roll into walnut sized balls.
In a Large ziploc bag, mix the following:
- 2 tsp.sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ teas. Ground Cloves
Shake the balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place about 2” apart on an ungreased cookie sheet (slightly flatten them). Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 – 10 minutes being very careful not to over bake.

GF Cookie Flour Mix
- 2 Cps Rice Flour
- 1 Cp Glutinous Rice Flour
- 1 Cp Potato Starch
- ½ Cp Tapioca Starch
