Why Try to Reinvent the Wheel?
This link to Amazon's list of gf cookbooks is about as complete as you can get. Then, if you see what you want, you can conveniently order it. Many find the Bette Hagman books quite thorough in recipes and information. There are, however, a huge selection of cookbooks from which to choose. Some of these books can be found in our CDF-Greater Phoenix Chapter library. You may want to look through our library copy (members can check them out) and see if you will like the book before you actually purchase. Our library is out on display during each of our monthly meetings. Also, speak to fellow Celiacs to see which cookbooks are their favorites!
